SALON COOrdINATOR

This position is centered around supporting both the salon team & clients. The role is perfect for someone who pays special attention to the details and loves to meet new people.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Previous customer service experience

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Friendly personality, but also professional.

• Previous salon/spa experience is a plus.

• Available on Saturdays and 2 nights

• Proactive problem solver

• Willingness to learn

• Calm and efficient muti-tasker, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment

This position is Full Time and includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and responding to text

• messages.

• Scheduling appointments

• Some cleaning/ laundry

• Some record keeping

• Ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish
