QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Valid cosmetology license issued by the state of Iowa.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective consultations and build lasting relationships with clients.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic salon environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.

  • Strong attention to detail to deliver precise and visually appealing results.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a genuine willingness to support fellow team members.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, & styling, with a keen attention to detail and creativity.

  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients' unique needs and preferences.

  • Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendations to achieve the best results.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow stylists, assistants, and other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.

  • Uphold Bella Salon's reputation by embodying the brand's values and contributing to a positive and respectful salon culture.
