Our team is passionate about pushing the boundaries of hairstyling while creating a warm, encouraging environment for both guests and stylists alike.

We are currently looking for a licensed hairstylist with 2+ years of experience to join our team and help us continue delivering elevated, confidence-boosting results to the Quad Cities community.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Licensed in the state of Iowa

• Minimum of 2 years of behind-the-chair experience

• Skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling with an eye for detail and creativity

• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Thrives in a busy, team-oriented salon environment

• Friendly, upbeat, and passionate about the beauty industry

• Available Saturdays and at least 2 evenings per week

Position Details:

This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering consistent, high-quality hair services

• Providing excellent client consultations and customer service

• Collaborating with fellow stylists and team members

• Upholding Bella Salon’s brand values and culture

• Helping maintain a fun, respectful, and professional salon atmosphere
