I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for trusting us at Bello Barber. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we want to make sure your time in the barbershop always feels comfortable.
Now that Matt is back in the shop alongside Quentin, we know that it can sometimes feel a little awkward deciding who to book with when you’re in the chair. Please know that there is absolutely no pressure and no judgment—from either barber or from me.
The decision to see Matt, Quentin, or both is entirely yours to make. If you’d prefer to choose one barber consistently, we’ve created a short form you can fill out to let us know your preferred barber. This way, we can avoid asking in front of the barbers, and we can also help:
Move your current appointments to your preferred service provider
Schedule the rest of the year in advance with either Matt or Quentin
Let our system know who your preferred service provider is to avoid any questions later
Or leave things open so you can book with whichever barber has the best availability
We truly appreciate you, and we apologize if you’ve ever felt caught in the middle of choosing. Your comfort matters most, and we’re here to support you either way.
